The RE-BRAND
I’ve been given an incredible opportunity to work with the local roller derby team and have taken on the position of the webmaster. I manage the web presence of Carolina Roller Derby a 501(c)(3) organization run solely by skaters and volunteers. I coordinate and work closely with the board of directors to ensure ongoing consistency and innovation in web content and design, ensure accurate and secure content, as well as easy site navigation for a memorable end-user experience. Responsibilities include; Debugging issues that arise with the performance of the websites, maintain plug-ins and pixels for tracking. Plan for future changes to websites including content and graphics. Perform periodic technical and SEO audits. Participate in the development of website goals to meet organization needs. I also lead the website design (with Marketing Director), development and maintenance, while ensuring brand standards and SEO best practices. I can say I have successfully led the re-brand of this 15-year-old organization and exceeded profit goals set forth within marketing and sponsorship.
Using Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects I have managed to create and edit some great designs and content.
